It’s hard sometimes to be fit n fabulous at any age, but we can do whatever we put our minds and bodies to. We may just need a little motivation, a few helpful tools or maybe a swift kick in the pants to get ourselves moving in the right direction. Brandi Geiger, at Fit Mind n Body, along with Jennifer Cross, at Skin Savvy, & Dr. Mancuso, at Lifetime Wellness, have brought together some amazing women to bring you the event of the year that will help inspire, motivate and empower you to be fit n fabulous in mind, body, spirit. Profits from the event will be donated to Shepherd’s Gate home for battered and homeless women and children.
