Police log: Reckless Driving, Disturbing the Peace and Animal Cruelty Reported Last Week

Here is a summary of incidents that Danville police responded to last week.

 

Sunday, Jan. 22

  • There was a promiscuous shooting on the 100 block of Silver Cloud Place at 1:57 a.m.
  • Police responded to a verbal disturbance on the 9000 block of Crow Canyon Road at 3:02 p.m.
  • Someone reported reckless driving on Delta Way and El Capitan Drive at 8 p.m.
  • There was another promiscuous shooting on the 300 block of Cliffside Drive at 8:21 p.m.
  • Someone threw an object at a vehicle at 8:38 p.m. on Camino Ramon and El Capitan Drive.

Monday, Jan. 23

  • There was an unwanted guest on the 800 block of Camino Ramon at 1:47 a.m.
  • A burglary from an automobile was reported on the 100 block of Rhett Place at 8:53 a.m.
  • Police responded to a report of someone driving under the influence at Camino Tassajara and Sycamore Valley Road at 8:58 a.m.
  • There was a burglary from an automobile reported on the 100 block of Rubicon Circle at 10:03 a.m.
  • Reckless driving was reported at Greenbrook Drive and Mustang Drive at 12:53 p.m.
  • Someone obtained drugs with a forged prescription on the 900 block of San Ramon Valley Boulevard at 2:35 p.m.
  • At 10:12 p.m. the Danville Police encountered an intoxicated subject on the 300 block of Hartz Avenue.
  • Someone was drunk in public at Danville Boulevard and Hartford Road at 11:29 p.m.

Tuesday, Jan. 24

  • A grand theft was reported from the 300 block of Diablo Road at 9:50 p.m. Another grand theft was reported from the same block, the 300 block of Diablo Road, at 11:40 a.m.
  • Terrorist threats were reported on the 500 block of La Gonda Way at 11:47 a.m.
  • Someone was driving recklessly on Diablo Road, off of Interestate-680, at 6:26 p.m. Someone else was also driving recklessly at Camino Tassajara and Crow Canyon Road at 7:42 p.m.
  • Police apprehended someone driving under the influence on the 10000 block of Crow Canyon Road at 8:39 p.m.

Wednesday, Jan. 25

  • An accident with property damage was reported east of Brookside, on westbound Sycamore at 8:14 a.m.
  • Vandalism was reported on the 300 block of Laurel Drive at 10 a.m.
  • There was a burglary from an automobile on the 200 block of West Prospect Avenue at 11:03 a.m.

Thursday, Jan. 26

  • There was an unwanted guest on the 300 block of Hartz Avenue at 2:09 a.m.
  • A petty theft was reported on the 400 block of Railroad Avenue at 2:23 p.m.
  • A vehicle was stolen from the 800 block of Century Way at 4:08 p.m.

Friday, Jan. 27

  • A case of animal cruelty was reported at Diablo Road and Hartz Avenue at 1:38 p.m.
  • A reckless driver was reported at Center Way and Crow Canyon Road at 3:25 p.m.
  • Vandalism was reported on the 1300 block of Greenbrook Drive at 4:23 p.m.
  • Police pulled someone over for excessive speeding at Morninghome Road and Sycamore Valley Road at 5:42 p.m.
  • There was a vehicle repossession on the 500 block of Diablo Road at 4:11 p.m.
  • Someone threw an object at a vehicle on the 700 block of Diablo Road at 7:12 p.m.
  • There was more reckless driving at Camino Tassajara and Sycamore Valley Road reported at 9:50 p.m.
  • A party was disturbing neighbors on the 100 block of Estates Drive at 11:11 p.m.
  • Music was reported to be disturbing neighbors on the 2000 block of Camino Ramon Place at 11:36 p.m.

Saturday, Jan. 28

  • Police responded to a vehicle accident that resulted in major injuries at 11:21 a.m. on the 500 block of La Gonda Way.
  • Someone reported a motorcycle was disturbing the peace at Abigail Circle and Maison Drive at 2:40 p.m.
  • Police responded to a report of a party disturbing a neighbor on the 1100 block of Greenbrook Drive at 9:38 p.m.
  • An unwanted guest showed up to the 500 block of Blackstone Court at 11:43 p.m.
