Here is a list of local Rotary Club meetings for today and tomorrow – Danville Sycamore Valley Rotary Club meets at 7 a.m. every Tuesday at Crow Canyon Country Club, 711 Silver Lake Drive, in Danville. For more information, call Scott Sampson at 925-743-8449. The Rotary Club of Alamo meets at 12:15 p.m. every Wednesday at the Round Hill Country Club, 3169 Roundhill Road, in Alam0. The Dougherty Valley San Ramon Rotary Club meets at 5:30 p.m. each Wednesday at the Dougherty Station Community Center 17011 Bollinger Canyon Road, in San Ramon. San Ramon Valley Rotary Club meets at 7 p.m. on Wednesdays at Crow Canyon Country Club, 711 Silver Lake Drive, in Danville. Call Valerie Munoz at 925-683-6310 for information.
  2. The Exchange Club of the San Ramon Valley lunch meeting is from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m Wednesday at Faz, 600 Hartz Ave., in Danville. For all the details, see their website.
  3. Registration is now open for the Town of Danville’s Youth Ski and Snowboard Camp with the Blue Angles for children ages 7 to 16. The camp begins Jan. 22. For information on this program, see their website.
  4. Tickets are now on sale for the Preschool Performance 
Orange Sherbet – Music and Movement. The Jan. 14 show begins at 10 a. m. at the Village Theatre, 233 Front St., in Danville. For ticket and performance information see the website.
  5. Danville Little League registration is now open for all players and coaches for the 2011 season. The league is open to boys ages 5 to 18 years of age. For registration see their website.

Umbrella weather is back. The National Weather Service says we'll have a 40 percent chance of rain today with a high in the low 50s. The chance of rain increases to 50 percent tonight with temperatures dropping to the low 40s.
